Acquire Borrowers is a marketing company that delivers qualified investor-loan borrower leads to private lenders. We are not a lender, broker, or mortgage originator.

This policy covers information we collect from lenders and business visitors on this website. It does not cover the borrower-facing intake we operate under our consumer brand, FundMatched. Information collected from borrowers who submit a financing request is governed by the separate FundMatched Privacy Policy, not this one.
